Fictional Sustainability Workflow: Evidence-Safe Campaign Visuals
A fictional, explicitly labeled workflow for turning approved sustainability data into reusable visual briefs without inventing outcomes or customers.
Fictional worked example: Verdant is an invented product. It is not an ImageLayer customer, and the examples below contain no measured customer, emissions, engagement, or time-saving results.
Sustainability content is unusually sensitive to unsupported claims. A polished graphic cannot substitute for a verified source, a defined measurement boundary, or legal review. This workflow separates the evidence from the visual treatment.
Example brand context
- Style: clean, report-like, restrained organic details
- Palette: forest green
#1B4332, warm amber#D4A843, cream#FFF8F0, pale sage#E8F5E9 - Avoid: decorative charts that imply data, unverified reductions, fake customer quotes, certification marks, and absolute environmental claims
Brand context is prompt guidance. Generated output can drift, misspell copy, or introduce visual details that were not requested.
Build the brief from approved evidence
- Record the exact source, owner, reporting period, population, and unit for every metric.
- Decide which words must remain deterministic text rather than generated pixels.
- Choose the publishing format and enter the visual direction separately from the factual copy.
- Generate a draft, then review charts, labels, units, marks, and implied comparisons.
- Keep the source record with the final asset.
Example prompt structure
Asset: 4:5 sustainability report announcement
Approved headline: [controlled copy]
Approved metric: [verified value, unit, period]
Source note: [reviewable evidence]
Visual direction: cream background, forest-green hierarchy, restrained sage shapes.
Do not add certifications, extra statistics, customer logos, or environmental claims.
What to review
Generated charts may look plausible while encoding the wrong relationship. Check every axis, label, number, legend, and decorative data mark. If exact copy matters, add it during deterministic finishing rather than assuming the image model reproduced it correctly.
The model selector and pre-submit quote are the source of truth for current availability and credits. See Image Generation for the current workflow.
