Fictional B2B Video Workflow: Brand Context and Review Boundaries

A clearly labeled fictional workflow for applying brand context to short B2B video prompts while keeping claims, audio, and final approval under review.

Fictional worked example: Reachly is invented and is not an ImageLayer customer. Nothing below is evidence of content performance, production volume, cost savings, or brand consistency.

Brand context can steer the mood and palette of a video request. It cannot guarantee an exact logo, layout, person, product, or visual identity across clips.

Example brand context

  • deep navy #1B2A4A, blue #3B82F6, mint #10B981
  • calm product-documentary camera language
  • uncluttered frames with room for deterministic copy
  • avoid real platform logos, dashboards presented as actual product UI, invented metrics, and customer testimonials

Prompt structure

Create a short 16:9 B2B product-announcement concept.
One continuous, stable camera move through an abstract analytics workspace.
Use deep navy, restrained blue light, and small mint accents.
Leave copy and logo areas blank.
No readable text, customer names, performance numbers, third-party marks, or voiceover.

Review the result for unexpected text, implied claims, distorted UI, audio, duration, and file integrity. Add approved copy, marks, and narration only after the video passes review.

Veo availability, settings, and exact credit quote come from the live selector. See the Video Generation guide for the current workflow.
