Fictional B2B Social Workflow: Five Repeatable Visual Briefs

A clearly labeled worked example for structuring stat cards, article promos, quote cards, report covers, and announcements with reusable brand context.

Fictional worked example: Amplify is an invented company. The prompts and brand system below are teaching material, not a customer story, testimonial, benchmark, or measured performance result.

A B2B social team often repeats the same small set of visual formats. The useful part is not a fabricated speed or engagement claim; it is turning each format into a reviewable brief that different operators can reuse.

Example brand context

  • Style: restrained, data-forward, high-contrast editorial layouts
  • Palette: midnight navy #0B1120, electric cyan #00D4FF, indigo #4338CA, and off-white #F8FAFC
  • Typography direction: geometric sans-serif, strong hierarchy, short labels
  • Avoid: crowded dashboards, illegible small text, unsupported statistics, invented customer quotes, and third-party logos

Saved brand context steers supported generation requests. It does not guarantee exact colors, typography, text rendering, or layout. Review every result and use deterministic overlays for marks that must be exact.

Five reusable briefs

1. Stat highlight

Use a verified metric, a plain-language label, its measurement period, and a source your reviewer can inspect. Never invent the number to make the design more persuasive.

Create a 4:5 editorial stat card.
Metric: [verified value]
Label: [what the value measures]
Context: [period and population]
Source note: [internal source or public citation]
Visual direction: midnight background, cyan data accent, generous empty space.

2. Article promo

Lead with the article title and one claim that is already supported in the article. If the evidence is uncertain, use a descriptive takeaway instead of a number.

3. Quote card

Use only a quote the speaker approved for publication. Keep the approval record, spelling of the name and role, and any required disclosure outside the generated image workflow.

4. Report cover

Treat the report title, edition, and sample size as controlled copy. Generated text may be wrong, so verify or replace it during finishing.

5. Product announcement

Describe only features that are actually available to the intended audience. Avoid “instant,” “unlimited,” or outcome language unless a current product or measurement record supports it.

Review checklist

Before publishing, confirm the copy against its source, inspect text and logos at full size, check the selected format, and verify the exact credit quote shown before submission. Model availability and prices can change; the live catalog is authoritative.

Open the generation workspace when your organization is configured, or review the current model guide first.
